A total body strength and conditioning training that incorporates more explosive power, high speed and high velocity output in both unilateral and bilateral movements. Improve your lifting form and movement, explosive power output as well as build muscle mass. **Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Doors will close 10 mins after class has started. Late entry will be denied for your safety.
