Our signature Kettlebell-only workout programme. The shape of the kettlebell means that the workout is fundamentally different than when using dumbbells. Challenge your core and stability with isolated strengthening and explosive movements. Increase muscle mass, build core stability and set up a strong postural foundation. **Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Doors will close 10 mins after class has started. Late entry will be denied for your safety.
